Props & thanks to the nice girls at the Cebit Casio booth: Although they were clearly pretty darn busy, they took the time to recharge my camera's battery in one of their own cameras. Not only for free, but also for the whole 30 mins it takes to do so, and although it's quite clearly my own fault to show up on a convention with a near-empty battery and no charger at all. Now that's good customer service. (And i'm sure the press badge i was wearing only helped a tiny bit.) Keep it up!
